Does Kelly Brook meet a gory end at the hands of prehistoric piranha in her
latest film? There's many a male fan would have dreamed of devouring Kelly Brook
but in her latest movie the role is handed to killer piranhas. The model-turned-actress,
30, is one of a number of party-lovers whose lives are threatened by a shoal
of razor-toothed fish in the remake of 1978 classic Piranha. In new stills released
from the the forthcoming 3D horror Miss Brook is seen dangling perilously above
the piranha-infested waters. Clad in a red bikini, the British star is seen
falling into Lake Havasu, which is full of prehistoric piranha unleashed by
a freak tremor. One still in particular shows the vicious creatures just inches
from her face, in what could well be her final scene in the movie. The new film,
directed by Alexandre Aja, is based on the 1978 original and brings the story
up to date. The story focuses on the sleepy town of Lake Havasu, where thousands
congregate every 4th of July to indulge in a hedonistic celebration of American
Independence. Of course, in typical horror movie style, the over indulgence
of the revellers is soon interrupted when the deadly fish are awoken by a tremor.
